BMW X1
The BMW X1 is the second generation of the X1, for the first time is based on a new front-wheel drive UKL architecture.
INTERIOR
Though there are a few changes in the cabin of the BMW X1, the carmaker has retained the overall layout from the previous model. The dashboard and upholstery are updated and a revised iDrive system is available with a 6.5-inch or 8.5-inch display.
ENGINE & GEARBOX
This car offered in a range of four-cylinder petrol and diesel engine options with BMW’s TwinPower Turbo technology. The 2.0-litre four-cylinder unit, which is introduced for the Indian market and is offered in power outputs of 148bhp, 190bhp and 231bhp. Transmission options include a six-speed manual and eight-speed steptronic automatic gearbox.
PRICE
The new X1 is priced between Rs 35 lakh to Rs 38 lakh.

BMW has increased the width by 21mm and height by 53mm while the length has reduced by 36mm. BMW giving front grille with its traditional kidney shape, circular headlamps with LED DRLs.New X1 is lighter than the earlier model by 135kg.
