KTM 1050 Adventure
The 1050 adventure was unveiled at the EICMA Show in Italy.It is expected that it will be locally assembled at the Bajaj’s factory in Chakan, Pune.
DESIGN
It gets spoke wheels, which gives them the ability of also dealing with harsh terrains. It is equipped with KTM Ride Model technology, which allows to adjust the slippage in the rear wheel.
ENGINE
It is Powered with a 1050cc 75 degree V-twin LC8 engine. The engine has been rated at 95 horsepower, which might not seem much when compared to the 160bhp adventure machines that are currently on sale.
FEATURES
It is expected that KTM will offer a GPS, alarm system, heated seat and grips.
BRAKES & SUSPENSION
Suspension duties are performed by WP units in the front and rear while braking hardware has been supplied by Brembo.
PRICE
It is expected to be priced around 14-16 lakh.
LAUNCH DATE
It is expected to be launch in india at the end of 2016.
