Harley Davidson Street 750

Harley Davidson  Street 750

Harley Davidson Street 750 is a simple and honest motorbike for the world famous company
Harley Davidson that rules the Indian bike market today.

This macho, heavy, chrome rich motorcycle is the ultimate fancy of the young hearts. It is ideally suited to urban riding and lets the rider interact a lot with the motorcycle due to its supreme build and awesome ride quality. The bike runs on a four-stroke power from a V-Twin engine displacing 749cc, with Fuel Injection. The new Revolution X engine has been inspired by the Porsche designed V-Rod engine as claimed by the company. The bike is suited to anyone who desires to upgrade his ride and fulfil the dream of owning something special. Its all-black, attractive alloy wheels, minimalistic rear-end styling and blacked out exhaust pipe , all make it truly stunning indeed

MILEAGE
It does not let you down on the Fuel efficiency front. The fuel economy of Harley Davidson Street 750 is a good 20 kmpl and offers a decent fuel capacity of 13.1litres. It does not sport a Fuel gauge and warns you about the low fuel warning light that comes on when there is about 1.5litres fuel left remaining in the fuel tank.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION

The liquid cooled 749CC Revolution X V-Twin engine that powers Harley Davidson Street 750 is an all new one. The torque peaks out at 60Nm and kicks in early at 4000 rpm. The most impressive thing about the engine is how it feeds the torque to mid and low range power bands. The engine gives a sharp throttle response that is not overdone.

A six-speed gearbox is mated to the engine and possesses reasonably distributed gear ratios. Whenever the rider shifts the gears, he gets a sharp audible response too. The liquid cooling system results in even heat dissipation that ensures a comfortable ride. The 60-degree configuration, lack of displacement and integral counterbalance make the engine feel different and familiar than H-D mill.

PERFORMANCE & HANDLING

This one can safely be said to be the most agile and manoeuvrable motorbike that has ever been built by Harley Davidson. Its low centre of gravity lets the rider do some insane cornering and the higher ground clearance saves it from scrapping its bottom on the speed humps. The overall slim profile and the skinny front tyre make Harley Davidson Street 750 a very easy bike to weave in and out of traffic. The suspensions of the bike soak all bumps on the road.

The stock suspension is also spot-on. The bike hardly produces any vibration even when you are driving at top speed. Its newly developed chassis is smartly designed and it weighs less than 220Kg. Its wide handlebars make snaking out of the traffic an effortless affair. Overall, Harley Davidson Street 750 surprises you with its performance and handling.
